Constructed of a silver aluminum wire tresse, the obverse trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine embroidered black borders, pinned with a central patinated magnetic steel Panzer IV, affixed with all three attachment prongs to a magnetic steel backplate, the reverse retaining a black canvas liner, unmarked but demonstrating the characteristics of manufacture by Moritz Hausch, Pforzheim, the
